COFFEE TALK
Toast to My Racing Heart's new blend!
Since coffee plays such an important part of our daily lives, it is only sensible that the day begin with an elixir that has the components to make that day both successful and inspirational. That is how the combination of coffees that make up the My Racing Heart Blend has accomplished these tasks.
Let’s evaluate these coffees’ track records. Costa Rican Tarrazu is one of the coffees used, and it’s known for a mildly nutty taste, rich ripe aroma, medium body and balanced acidity. It is blended with Guatemala Antiqua, grown amid the volcanoes of the Antiqua region of southwest Guatemala, this is one of Central America’s most elegant coffees. This coffee exudes strong character, with a soul-satisfying aroma and overtones of cocoa and spice. The finishing element is Colombian Supremo. This coffee has large beans, consistently good taste, medium body, full aroma, and medium acidity.
A good “daily” coffee, it harmonizes well in blends. All of these outstanding coffees produce the blend that is constantly in the forefront with triumphant results.

This is a time to be bold.
If ever there was a time to encourage the every day walk of life person to support the Ky horse industry from the top to the bottom...the time is NOW. The non- profit equine charities in Kentucky are suffering from our current economy. My Racing Heart has struggled with its identity as a help-mate because our identity became confused and we were unable to market a product in the Kentucky commercial market-place.
The decision was to advance the brand and our original mission through a brand new product established through an LLC. One learns from mistakes. Yet because I have faith that the personal investment in developing My Racing Heart as an awareness brand will meet my mission...I am going forward . I am a believer. The perfume as a product did not fulfill its task...nor did its “manufacturer”. The mission of My Racing Heart, however, remains pure. The new My Racing Heart coffee is world-class and I am proud of its development and its partnership with La Vida Java Coffee Company of Westport Village.
